"Pretty good so far"
I’ve tried a couple of Nu Skin things now, not a ton, but the ones I’ve used have been really nice. They feel good on my skin and seem to do what I need them to. I don’t know all the details or anything, but so far the quality feels solid to me.

"I had to wait way too long..."
I had to wait way too long to get help from customer service, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really solve much. I’m sure other customers don’t want to sit around waiting either, especially when they just need a clear answer or a quick fix.

I mean, the products are fine, nothing terrible or anything, but for the price I was expecting to be a lot more impressed. I kept thinking maybe I’d notice better results after a bit, but it just didn’t really happen for me. And then I started comparing it to other stuff I’ve used, and yeah, it kind of feels like you could find something similar for less somewhere else.

I’ve been using the Nu Skin cleanser and moisturizer for a few weeks now, and umm, I actually feel like my skin is smoother. It’s not like I suddenly have perfect skin or anything, but it definitely looks less dull than it did before.
The products feel really light on my face and don’t leave me greasy, which is a big deal for me. I was also a little worried about breaking out, but thankfully that hasn’t happened.
It is a bit pricey, so that’s something to keep in mind, but for me it worked better than a lot of the stuff I’ve picked up from the store. I’d give it 5 stars.

"Shipping was more of a hassle than I expected"
I ordered from nuskin.com and the products did show up fine, but the shipping experience was just okay. It felt slow, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I kept having to check it myself and guess where the package was, which was annoying extra work. The box arrived in good shape and nothing was damaged, so that part was fine. I just wish the delivery had been quicker and the tracking was more clear.

I joined mostly for the business side of things and it’s been smooth so far. The training was easy to follow, and the team helped me out alot when I had questions. I’m still learning the ropes, but overall I’m happy with how it’s going.

"Refund took a bit longer than expected"
The return itself went through fine, so that part was easy enough. The only thing was the refund took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. It all worked out in the end, but I was definitely left feeling like the process could’ve been a bit quicker
