"No agents in Customer Service, long terms for customers, orders rejected with no info...I dont recommended"
I have ordered a machine for a present. I received the order number and bill.
Few days after I received a mail saying that my return is succefully finished, with no more info.
Day after, I try to contact with Deutsch market; 42 minutes waiting for no answer! after 5 calls, the agent, Veronica (who was so polite and comprenssive, only tried to help me), explained I made the order from spanish market to delivery in Germany. The agent put me in contact with spanish market, and they explained to me terms and conditions.
The thing is: why they accepted the order, take the money, to later cancel, and take your money til 7-10 banks days!! Is a company with gold prizes but with stinky sistem.
Please, think before buy somenthing, HORRIBLE orders sistem and refund.

"I bought the nu skin galvanic body spa…"
I bought the nu skin galvanic body spa and MY LORD that thing is frystrating!!!! You literally can't turn it on because it is apparently out of battery, but it's NOT, it's just the way this stupid thing is made! The batteries bit just isn't connecting well to the device, its the most annoying device I've ever used in my life. How can you charge so much money for something that can barely be turned on. No thanks, never buying anything again.

"Nu Skin Enterprises is a global direct…"
Nu Skin Enterprises is a global direct selling company that offers a wide range of personal care products, nutritional supplements, and other health and wellness products. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Provo, Utah.

Nu Skin's business model is based on direct selling, which means that distributors sell the company's products directly to consumers, typically through person-to-person interactions or through their own online store. Distributors earn commissions on their sales, as well as on the sales made by their downline (i.e. the distributors they've recruited).

Overall, Nu Skin has a positive reputation in the direct selling industry, and the company has received numerous awards and recognitions over the years. However, like any company, there are both positive and negative aspects to consider.

On the positive side, Nu Skin has a strong product line that includes a variety of high-quality personal care and nutritional products. The company is also known for its commitment to ethical business practices, and it has implemented a number of initiatives to promote social responsibility and sustainability.

In addition, Nu Skin provides its distributors with extensive training and support, including online tools and resources, in-person training sessions, and access to a dedicated support team.

On the negative side, some critics have raised concerns about the high turnover rate among Nu Skin distributors, as well as the emphasis on recruitment rather than product sales. There have also been some legal issues in the past, including a 2016 settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over allegations of bribery in China.

Overall, Nu Skin Enterprises is a reputable direct selling company with a strong product line and a commitment to ethical business practices. However, like any business opportunity, it's important to carefully evaluate the risks and rewards before making a decision to become a Nu Skin distributor.

"A Disapoining Experince"
I have been shopping at Nu Skin for a while now and the products themselves have been perfectly fine for me. I frequently use the Lumi Spa paired with the gel for blemish prone skin, and it has really helped reduce my acne, especially where previous gels and face washes that promised the same were not able to help me. The product itself is very expensive, but because of how well it worked for me, I believed the price to be reasonable.

However, the last straw for me was the price of shipping. It's far too expensive. Today I brought more of the blemish prone skin gel as well as the body shaping gel for my mum. Not only was the price of these two items far above what it should be for what you get, (x2 150ml bottles for just shy of £75) but they upped the price of shipping. Previously you were able to pick whether you wanted to pay more for the faster 1-3 day shipping or you could pick standard and longer shipping, (I can not remember the exact number of days I apologise). Now you no longer have the choice and have to pay £7 for 1-3 day shipping. On top of that, they lifted the cap on how much money spent qualifies for free shipping. It used to be £100 or over. Now it is £250!

This is a ridiculous amount of money to ask customers to spend for the amount of product you actually provide. In this case the quality can not be taken into amount because it is clear the quality is not what causes these beyond ridiculous prices.

Overall, if you want to buy Nu Skin products you are entitled to do so, I do not believe them to be bad however, do not expect to do so at a reasonable price. If you can find the same or similar products for smaller prices, buy those instead. Save yourself some money.

"Not worth your money or your time"
These products are very expensive as it is a pyramid selling scheme! where every one down the line gets a cut of the cost of the product. I bought the LumiSpa and the product works exactly like a facial brush that you can buy in any store (for much less). Once you start working there it is no longer about the products but about bringing in other "promoters" which is also where most promoters get their money from.

"Totally unconvinced by the products and its a pyramid selling scheme by all intents and purposes"
A friend started selling Nuskin products and roped me in telling me they were the worlds number 1 and how fantastic they were, and how you could make a fantastic income from selling this stuff.

I first bought the face spray, lumi spa and cleanser which set me back about £350 from memory.
Used it religiously for about 3 months, but saw no real difference, apart from the skin on my face became a little red and saw from twice daily use. So I use once daily.

Then I was convinced to buy the life pack, omega 3 and tea green capsules at about £125 a month. I was told I would never feel better. The hand reader registered me at 14 at start and 40 after about 8 months. Not convinced or sure this does what is says and you only have NUskins word on this and to be honest felt no different.

Then I was roped into buying the galvanic spa, which sends electric currents all over your skin via some very expensive gels, and some for cellulite on your legs. That was another couple of hundred pounds.
Saw no difference here either.

Then I bought the face creams for my aging skin, which did not do that much and cost about £250.

Then she suggested some different creams at a whopping £500. This is where I drew the line and stopped all this expensive nonsense.

At the same time she signed me up and I got two friends to buy the life packs. They soon dropped off after paying £125 a month for vitamins as its simply un-affordable.

I did receive some payments into my bank account for the products I had bought and the products I had got friends to buy. Butyou would need about 200-300 people buying off you continually to make any real money.

They also have you on a repeat delivery for a lot of items, which I find over baring, taking money off your card on a regular basis. You then find you have a back log of stuff to use and have spent a good few £100 pounds in the process.

My over all opinion is:
These products are very expensive as it is a pyramid selling scheme (which ever way you wish to put it, that's what it is!) where every one down the line gets a cut of the cost of the product.
How good they actually are is highly disputable as there are no independent reviews on these products that I could find. Only Nuskin ramming their products at you by telling you how good they are.
My friend is lured by the all expenses paid holidays in the Maldives or Bali that is promised to those with the best sales. She spends her time promoting these products all over Instagram adding catching tunes.

But I am really not convinced. Would like an independent company to review these products to support the cost you are paying.

"Nuskin Galvanic Spa don't trust it!"
I've purchased a galvanic spa machine 6 weeks ago with the recommended gels from NuSkin and there is no difference whatsoever. I followed exactly their instructions. The materials feel very plastichy and cheap, the battery lasted for 6 weeks, I wonder how much microcutrent is actually using :( . They don't offer any return, which is such a disspoitment at the price they ask! Learned my lesson to trust the reviews on trustpilot!!! Customer service very patronising, thanking me for being unhappy with their products

"Absolutely awful and terrible customer…"
Absolutely awful and terrible customer service. Purchased an eyelash serum and mascara from a representative as they were on promotion. Not once was I told that the reason they were on promotion was because they were running out of expiry date. No terms and conditions were made clear as I purchased from a link from the representative and did not see any terms and conditions. Received my items and the mascara only had about a month left on it and the serum a couple. Contacted the company first was told it was a mistake with batches and to send photos of the dates and id receive a refund i did this but heard nothing back. Rang today to now be sent some terms and conditions ive never seen in my life which states all promotion items are on promotion as they are running out of date. This is so unfair as its not made clear at all. Will not be buying from again

"I bought my wife a LumiSpa device."
I bought my wife a LumiSpa device. She laughed at me for paying so much money, but after the first use she said that compared to others it was as if she had the latest "I Phone" in hands. My wife is a beautician and works in a dermatology clinic, she looked at expensive cosmetics and found that similar ingredients she mixes herself in dedicated creams and cosmetics in the dermatologist practice. I am writing this because my wife became a brand partner of Nu Skin and I know, that she knows what she is doing. Everyone who write bad rewiews and knows so much about cosmetics and harmful ingredients - I recommend - smear your face with cow dung and wash your hair with eggs- will be organic - but ...don't suspect any visible beauty effects.😂🤣

"Dust in the eyes"
This company is a modern cult! There are absolutely all the prerequisites to be dazzled and how they say, to change your life totally and forever! Abandon famlies values, friends, dignity! "Don't have the right to excuse even if your children are sick" - a quote from part of the sermons! This is a real modern sect with real pastors! Be very very careful! They are able to blind you and sell your soul to the Devil! It happened to me with the woman whom I have loved endlessly throughout my life and from whom I have three children! In this moment , there is nothing more important to her than the NEW SECT ... The children, the family, anyone who has no use is in the background, and anyone who dares to say their negative opinion is blocked and ostracized from life. This is also part of the sermons: "If someone doesn't support you in the "business" it doesn't matter: mother, father, husband or friend, just throw them out of your life. The BBC has a documentary movie for the truth about this sect. Journalist Ellie Flynn goes undercover to investigate. I have notes from their sermons which are followed strictly by everyone blinded. They demonstrate a fake lifestyle to seduce you. Most groups are closed and all negative comments are deleted in a second. They make up touching stories.Absolutely everything is a manipulation. They lie to you that they are good people and help the hungry children in Africa. I can write a lot, but the most important thing I want to say to all young mothers and girls is: Don't let them throw pink dust in your eyes, because you will lose yourself and everything real around you!!!

"This is my 3rd spoilt Lumispa."
This is my 3rd spoilt Lumispa.
I bought 1 and seldom used it and eventually it went wrong and not spinning. Then I bought another one, used for not even 1 year, not functioning again as there is water went into the device which is not supposed to as it should be waterproof. I managed to change a new one and it functioned well until I drop it once... Just once which is not even high and was dropped on a wooden floor, then it had the same problem with my second device again. It stopped spinning itself and after I charged it, it will keep spinning itself and I can't stop it. Why is this device so vulnerable and is even worse than a IPhone. I can't accept it.

"Waste of money"
I ordered Nuskin Nucolour Nutriol Eyelash Growth Lash & Brow Serum treatment and it’s definitely a waste of £30.
